RR&M Partner Christian Shafer will provide investigations training, hosted by NDCEL in Mandan. Christian will present a Deep Dive into Investigations from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 13th. From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 14th, Christian will present OCR Investigations (Section 504) & Guidance on the basics of 504 Plans as well as the developing case law on disability discrimination in the school setting.
