In this day long program, we will begin with a review of the evolving legal requirements under Section 504. Next we will study Section 504 and academic program changes from grading to graduation. Finally, we will examine why health plans are not compliant with the law, write a compliant plan and debunk some common misunderstandings.

Cost: $145.00 per participant. Workshop plus 504 book is $165.00 (normally the book is $65.00)
Registration Deadline: September 5, 2022
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received by 4:30pm on the date noted on the registration confirmation email to qualify for a full refund, after which all registrations are final and no refunds will be issued. Substitution of attendee from the same district/organization will be allowed up to the day of the event. In the event a workshop is cancelled by SWWC, a full refund will be given. An email address that is accessed often must be included when registering to ensure receipt of any cancellation notification.
