Using a case study, Section 504 – Practical Advice will address the basics of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, including when a 504 Plan is required and how to write a compliant 504 Plan. We will also address the latest OCR guidance and the developing case law on discrimination against persons with disabilities in school settings.

The cost is $325 per person
Participants will receive a printed copy of the PowerPoint presentation, case study, and an outline of the law. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
