Ratwik, Roszak, and Maloney attorneys Margaret Skelton and Frank Langan, representing Tri-County Community Corrections, recently won a decision in the Minnesota Court of Appeals that dismissed claims brought by a former employee of a third-party contractor. This decision affirmed the District Court’s dismissal of discrimination and reprisal claims under the Minnesota Human Rights Act, as well as a claim for tortious interference with contract.
