On April 10, 2019, Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney Attorney Margaret Skelton obtained dismissal of all claims alleged by a teacher against Minneapolis Public Schools. Ms. Skelton successfully argued that the plaintiff failed to allege facts to support essential elements of her claims of violation of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Minnesota Whistleblower Act and 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
