Margaret Skelton, Christian Shafer, and Frank Langan recently prevailed at the Minnesota Court of Appeals on behalf of Minneapolis Public Schools. Based on arguments from RRM attorneys, the trial court dismissed all claims against the school district as untimely. RRM attorneys successfully argued that the district court had correctly applied the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure governing the filing of a lawsuit, and the Court of Appeals affirmed the dismissal of all claims.
