For over twenty-five years, Margaret Skelton has been helping her clients resolve complicated labor and employment, school law and municipal law issues. She routinely represents management in grievance arbitrations, interest arbitrations and negotiations of collective bargaining agreements. She also aggressively defends her clients against a variety of claims brought against them in civil litigation. She has tried cases to juries in state and federal court. She has also argued before the Minnesota Supreme Court, Minnesota Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.  Ms. Skelton is a shareholder and past president of the firm.

Prior to joining Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney, Ms. Skelton worked in the civil litigation division of a large metropolitan city defending the city from a variety of lawsuits in state and federal court.

When not representing clients, Margaret loves to waterski and hike with her family.
