RRM attorney Jennifer Earley will present The 4th Amendment and Electronically Stored Information – Legal Issues in Public Sector Employment Investigations. Smart phones and watches, social media, e-mails, and texts have changed how public sector employers investigate allegations of employee misconduct.  What can public sector employers permissibly search without violating the 4th Amendment? This session answers this critical question with application to real-world examples, with added insights on working with law enforcement. School Law Seminar
