Frank Langan is an associate attorney with Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney. Frank practices in the areas of municipal law, school law, labor & employment law, and litigation, and is a member of the firm’s special education law group. Frank frequently advises schools regarding allegations and investigations of sexual harassment and discrimination in violation of Title IX, and conducts investigations on behalf of counties, cities, and school districts regarding a variety of issues.
Frank graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal. During law school, Frank clerked for an employment law firm, and also externed for the Honorable Becky R. Thorson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Following law school, Frank served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Justice Anne McKeig of the Minnesota Supreme Court before joining Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney.
Despite spending his college years in California, Frank remains a proud Minnesotan. In his free time, Frank enjoys cooking new dishes, playing board games, and spending time with his friends and family, whether that be at trivia, over brunch, or on a lake. Frank is also the reigning champion of Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney’s fantasy football league.
