Celebrating another legal victory! 🏆 RRM Attorney Margaret Skelton recently obtained a favorable arbitration decision for Minneapolis Public Schools.  📚📝   Arbitrator Jeffrey Jacobs found that the school district had properly repudiated a past practice by expressly informing the Union of its intention to sunset and repudiate a claimed past practice during negotiations of a successor CBA.  The Arbitrator held that the Union’s failure to negotiate replacement language after being placed on notice by the school district resulted in the end of the practice.   Check out the unique facts of this decision here.
