📣 Attention Minnesota Employers 📣
The Minnesota Department of Labor has just dropped its uniform employee notice under the new Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) Act. It is available in English here: https://www.dli.mn.gov/posters.
NOTE: employers must provide employees with a notice regarding their rights under the ESST law in both English and the employee’s primary language by January 1, 2024. The Department will be providing translated versions of the notice in Chinese, Hmong, Somali, and Spanish shortly, and can translate the notice to additional languages upon request.
